How do I get better at division?

We have been getting so much better at division.

First of all we read the question forwards and then backwards!

This might sound crazy, but we read 45÷ 5 as:

"fortyfive divided by five AND THEN how many fives are there in 45.

It makes the question so much easier to understand.
